This product has the following characteristics:

  2. pH: 6.8 – 7.2
  3. Flavor: Up to standard
  4. Fat Content: 10 – 12%
  5. Fineness: At least 99.0% of particles are smaller than 75 micrometers
  6. Moisture: Maximum 5.0%
  7. Ash Content: Maximum 12%

Storage: The product should be stored under suitable health conditions in a cool and dry place. The warehouse should be free from pests and strong or disagreeable odors. Keep the cocoa powder away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: 24 months from the manufacture date under suitable storage conditions.

Packaging: Packed in 25 kg net weight bags made of 3-ply paper with inner and outer layers in HD plastic. Bags will be labeled with the product type and production details.

Certification: The product is certified as HALAL, HACCP, and ISO 22000:2018.
